If you have the addresses of your customers, is it worth the effort & cost of sending out a personalized Christmas card to them?
To send out to all your customers would be £££££££

but to send out to your best customers says: thank you for your trade

In this modern age of email & portals, is it not good to be traditional at Christmas?
Customers do appreciate the simple things like a card that says thank you, we care about you.
Any thoughts?
